What is Progressive Christianity?
Progressive Christianity is a forward-looking approach to the interpretation of the word of God and a spiritual and rational approach to the way we live our lives. Progressive Christians strive towards social justice and to find creative solutions to problems, dispel ignorance and prejudice through the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Can it REALLY be the end of another term and school year already?! Don't forget our Prayer Labyrinth Walk on Thurs, June 5, 10 AM - 2 PM (could use some set up help at 9) in UU 220. Come and take a moment (well ... actually about 30 minutes or so) to still your spirits and clear your minds as you prepare for finals week. This will be our final gathering until fall, so if I don't see you or hear from you - hope you had a great school year, have a FUN and safe summer, and we'll see ya' for Week of Welcome in September. If you're gonna' be around this summer, come see us at 11245 Los Osos Valley Rd on Sunday mornings at 10:30 (you can always check out what's going on at church at www.sloucc.org), or give me a call at 544-1373 if ya' wanta' get together for coffee, lunch, or need to talk.
