June 29: Interfaith Pride Service - as a prelude to Pride in the Plaza, The Coalition of Welcoming Congregations will have a service in our sanctuary starting at 3pm. All are welcome!

Coming in July: Homeless Shelter Overflow - It's not to late to volunteer for this year's homeless overflow program held in July.  Although several of you signed up at our orientation meeting as volunteers to spend a night with the homeless in July, there are many dates yet to be filled.  A sign up sheet is posted on the Outreach Bulletin Board in the fellowship hall. If you are not sure what date would be convenient for you, enter your name and put a question mark in the "date" column. Note: If you plan to participate as a couple I urge you to select a date as soon as possible, since we use just two volunteers each night.

The people we welcome into our Hall are children of God who have lost their way and are trying to get back on their feet.  This 31-night ministry gives us the opportunity to show them we believe they are worth our love and care.  Please give this Outreach Ministry serious consideration, and contact me or one of the 4 Homeless Overflow coordinators; Fran Davidson, Betsy Lamb, Cindy Nye, Sylvia Willard.
